Delivery / shipping / installation policy

  • Delivery and installation is free for all cities that fall within our coverage in more than 150 cities and governorates in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • In case the customer is out of coverage, we do not do the installation and the customer bears the shipping cost according to the means suitable for him. In case of disagreement on shipping, the amount paid to the customer will be refunded by the means through which the payment was made
  • Delivery and installation are usually carried out within one to 14 working days according to the schedule available for installation, and for shipping orders are shipped within 3 days with agreement with the customer on the appropriate shipping method for his region
  • Customers are contacted within one to 7 working days to schedule installation appointments
  • Due to the current circumstances due to the corona virus, some orders may be delayed and some areas may have a total quarantine and we are unable to serve them. All amounts will be refunded to affected customers within 7 working days of their orders
  • Naqi will not deal or provide services or products to any of the countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in accordance with the laws in force in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The execution of the transaction more than once may result in its appearance more than once on the cardholder's bank statement.
  • Delivery within two weeks from the date of order .
