Return and Exchange Policy

- Electrical parts must not be exposed to water. .

- The device will be installed after it is delivered to the customer within a month without additional fees. After a month from the invoice date, an amount of 100 riyals will be charged as a device installation fee. .
- Our refurbished products are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.
- Note: The refurbished product may have signs of use or surface scratches.
- The client will be contacted within 5 working days to schedule an appointment for the implementation of the service.
- The customer is subject to shipping fees when canceling the order (35 riyals).
