  • The guarantee of Naqi's desalination devices is two years, including electrical parts and 5 years of free service (visits and hand fees).
  • The regular maintenance schedule must be adhered to by changing the filter kit every six months for ( 120 riyals), changing the fifth stage every year for (75 riyals ) and changing the fourth stage every two years for ( 158 riyals ).
  • Electrical parts should not be exposed to water.
  • The device should not be subjected to any alteration, maintenance or transfer work from another company.
  • The device should not be exposed to sunlight and weathering directly.
  • If any of the items listed are violated, the warranty is invalid.
