يحق للعميل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ الشراء على ان تكون حالة المنتج بنفس حالتها الأصلية عند شرائها وغير مستعملة ولم يتم فكها أو تشغيلها .
يحق للعميل استرجاع المنتج خلال يومين في حال عطل مصنعي من تاريخ تركيب المنتج .
يحق للعميل الاستبدال خلال سبعة أيام في حال عطل مصنعي من تاريخ تركيب المنتج .
The customer has the right to submit a replacement or refund request for the product in case of a problem that could not be maintained by the maintenance team.
Note: Returns or exchanges are only made according to the original invoice.
If the customer is entitled to a refund, the refund process will be made to the customer’s bank account within 12 working days.
Note: The value of filters from desalination devices and filtered refrigerators is deducted according to their type as a refundable value.
The guarantee of Naqi's desalination devices is two years, including electrical parts and 5 years of free service (visits and hand fees).
You must adhere to the regular maintenance schedule by changing the filter set every six months for (120 riyals), changing the fifth stage every year for (75 riyals), and changing the fourth stage every two years for (158 riyals).
Electrical parts should not be exposed to water.
The device should not be subjected to any alteration, maintenance or transfer work from another company.
The device should not be exposed to sunlight and weathering directly.
If any of the mentioned terms are breached, the warranty will be considered void.
